Thanks guys! Wanted to go a little deeper. There's a women's patch for FIFA 16 too, if I can make it work, the Ladies might make an appearance in the future You should check Agent's Louisville story!

how are you playing those?

Created twenty players, tried to resemble their appearances from the team website, I randomized their ratings (based on their positions) before adding them to the squad and I created a team sheet with all of them starting. I then chose a smaller stadium in the game settings on kick off mode. Truth be told, they won't be a massive part of the team's future (there's only one Bukayo), but I thought they would be a cool addition to the story whenever there is a break between first team matches. I will squeeze them in some of those, most likely in Carabao. As I said above, if I can make the women's patch work, I will add them too.
