was expecting the talent to be worse actually. got a couple decent skill players, but yea this gonna be toughhh

First year head coach Diamond Berry is tabbed to lead the upstart Bears of Missouri State into the FBS division of collegiate football. Bring a master motivator personality with him, D.B. is tasked with developing young men to grow into a cohesive, dominant team on the field. Being arguably the least heralded team in all of FBS football, he knows bringing the talent to Missouri State won't be easy, but relying on his ability to squeeze as much potential out of his players is what made him the right man for this job.

Bringing the program into Conference USA could be worse. They could be Sam Houston State who is actually picked to finish behind the Bears in their inaugural season. What will make this a serious uphill climb in Coach Berry's first season will be the lack of immediate impact players, even at the C-USA level. Not one Bear was named to the first or second team preseason All-Conference teams.
